Understanding New Home Construction (SCS Required Class)

Description

In this class, you will be able to: Help your buyers know what to expect from a new home; learn some of the considerations of new homes; understand the stages of construction; look at some of the typical problems that occur during construction; understand levels of quality control and workmanship standards; and learn about life cycles of common components and appliances.

Time

This is a non-CE course. Open to all but required for SCS applicants. Thursday, 7/15/26 from 2 - 4 pm at SCAOR
