Description

This course fulfills the DREC requirements for CE for Module 7: It is a practical, scenario-based course, equipping real estate professionals with strategies to reduce personal safety risks before, during, and after client interactions. Participants will learn how to prepare for appointments, recognize potential warning signs, manage high-risk situations, and respond confidently using proven safety techniques and best practices for today's real estate environment.
