Sponsored by the YPN Committee. Attendance at the entire class is required for CE credit. This class fulfills the DREC requirement for CE for Module 7. In this course, agents will identify who you are as an agent, analyze your target area, know the competition, decide what services you will provide, identify your ideal customer and how to communicate with them, conduct a SWOT analysis, determine how much money you will need to pay your bills and make a plan to revisit your plan.
