Description

This is a required class for agents who intend to apply for the SCS (Sussex County Specialist) Designation. It will cover what information to seek from a potential buyer, the do's and don'ts when aplying for a mortgage, the types of mortgages (conventional loans, government-backed loans, jumbo loans, fixed-rate loans and adjustable-rate loans) and the best practices to interact with your loan officer and your client. This is NOT a CE class.
