Description

This course fulfills the DREC requiorement for CE for Module 3. It provides a practical review of the Delaware Association of REALTORS® Exclusive Listing Agreement and the required disclosure forms used in residential transactions. Participants will learn best practices for completing listing documents accurately while ensuring compliance with Delaware law and industry standards. Instructor: Chrissy Steele
