Factory Built Housing & Wheel Estate (SCS Required)

Description

This is a required course for the SCS designation but anyone is able to attend. There is NO CE assigned to this course. Present up-to-date information on factory-built homes in Delaware. Topics cover mobile, manufactured, and modular homes and include: Perrsonal vs. real property; conversion of chattel into real estate; land leases and lot rent mechanics; Delaware Code Title 25 Chapter 70 Landlord-Tenant Code and recent legislative updates; and REALTOR® responsibilities in sales.
