Module 1 (In Person) - Understanding DE Agency Law and Fair Housing Issues

Description

This course fulfills the DREC CE requirements for Module 5 and the NAR triennial Fair Housing requirement for Cycle 8 (2025-2027). Upon completion of this class, agents will have an understanding of the Delaware Law of Agency and Federal Fair Housing regulations that are in place for the agent, their clients and customers. They will be able to identify common agency missteps and spot fair housing red flags. Instructor: Frank Serio
