Evarosa is originally from Puerto Rico and a native Spanish speaker. She has lived in Mexico and grew up in Salisbury, Maryland and Sussex County, Delaware. She graduated from Cape Henlopen High School and attended Delaware Technical Community College. Delaware has now become her permanent home.
In November 2021, Evarosa joined the Schrockstars Team as Executive Administrative Assistant and Listing Coordinator. Since joining she has now earned her Real Estate License. Whether they are a buyer or seller, Eva works diligently to help her clients through every step of both the home buying and selling process! Real Estate quickly became the best decision she ever made. Her love for homes and community have led her to join many community organizations. Evarosa’s goal is to help educate the community on the importance and benefits of home ownership.
