Licensed and Selling in Sussex County since 1987, Ann Baker has worked in all aspects of the real estate industry. Ann began as a Salesperson and quickly became a top producing agent in the county in the late 1980's and early 1990's. She was appointed by Delaware's Governor to the real estate commission in 1995 and served 2 terms as a Commissioner. She worked for Carl M. Freeman Associates in marketing and product development before she became the Broker of Record and Director of Sales for ResortQuest Real Estate in 2002. She managed the sales team for 12 years and in 2014, returned to Real Estate Sales full time. Having explored all of the areas of real estate over her career in Southern Sussex County Delaware, Ann is uniquely qualified and experienced to bring a wealthy of knowledge to each transaction she participates in. She puts her customers first in each situation, and at the same time stands by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS as guiding principals that all REALTORS should rely on. Ann currently serves on the Professional Standards committee with the Sussex County Association of REALTORS and was a past Treasurer of the Board.
