After graduating from Cape Henlopen High School in 1980, Bob joined the U. S. Coast Guard. For sixteen of his twenty-one year career, Bob was fortunate enough to live and serve our country in the Rehoboth/Lewes area.
In December of 1994, Bob became a REALTOR® and joined the family business. In April of 2001, after achieving the highest enlisted pay grade of Master Chief Petty Officer (E-9), Bob retired from the Coast Guard and began his second full-time career in Real Estate. He hase served as the 2013 SCAOR President and 2016 DAR President. Bob was the 2014 and 2017 SCAOR Realtor of the Year and the 2017 DAR Realtor of the Year.
Bob is well versed in residential and commercial sales but considers land acquisition & development his strongest assets. As a Broker, Bob has the necessary experience and commitment to guide you through your real estate ventures.
